Nicholas Pratile responded immediately and helpfully to every question I had and helped us organize the event on relatively short notice. He was accommodating of our specific requirements as well, even adjusting the price when there were certain products we didn't want to serve for ethical reasons. On the day of the event, the staff were prompt, organized, friendly - I can't say enough. It could not have been a more pleasant experience, from the planning to the event itself.
