Jason F. Valliere, Canada's renowned certified chef has studied at Humber College, obtaining his graduate certificate as a Canadian Certified Chef. Over the years he has spent many hours exploring new concepts and ideas in barbequing and now he shares them with you! Jason is the company's corporate chef, responsible for all food related concerns and most importantly the preparation and cooking at each and every event.
 
Nicholas J. Pratile is a graduate from the University of Brock. He obtained his four year honors degree in business management. Nicholas is the event co-ordinator for each and every event. He ensures that every customer is more than satisfied with both the planning stages and the end results of each event.
