Today, Sept.12, we had a BBQ for approx. 110 people and I was incredibly impressed with the two gentlemen who catered the BBQ I just wanted to say that the entire experience was so smooth. I organize our social events and will be sure to use Simply BBQ in the future.
First, Nicholas Pratile who dealt with the sale was great to deal with. He answered all my questions (and did so in a timely manner) and everything was planned quite easily - even on the short notice. Then, these two gentleman showed up on time, if not early, and were all prepared and set-up for the time we had needed them. Although we ran late and were not able to get to the BBQ until an hour after the original start time, they were quite courteous and patient about this matter and kept the food hot during this time. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was fast, and the two gentlemen were very courteous to the group. Everything went over so smoothly! They also asked us how to deal with the food afterwards (because they saw that we would have a lot of food left over) half way through the BBQ which gave us enough time to pack up any excess food. I was very pleased with how they handled everything.
Please extend my gratitude to everybody involved in organizing and catering this BBQ. It was perfect.
Once again, an amazing team and an amazing time because of the team! It has always been a good experience working with everyone - from the initial contact with Nick to the team working the barbecue. I also want to thank you all for everything leading up to and of course the actual event on Saturday August 20th. The guys did an amazing job that day and I couldn't be happier! They were polite, sweet and very personable, they made all my anxiety melt away from the minute they arrived. The buffet looked great and very well put together and more than one of our guests commented that they were pleasantly surprised they didn't have to wait in line for the food because they guys were very efficient!! I hope that this will bring you some repeat business in the future!!

This is the first time I have used a catering company! My guests(75)were very impressed with the service your team provided,the quality of food, and the friendliness and professionalism of the team. Both Joe and the other gentleman were excellent. My husband enjoyed the evening, we were celebrating his 70th birthday and he had no clue - I waited until the team setup and then brought my husband out to meet them - he was "WOWED".
